The Daisy Pot

This has to be my most popular little pot at shows…..

As with all my hand carved pots they are unique, but have some similarities.

Nude English russet shoulder is dampened, the daisies stamped & carved, dried, the tan back ground colour is added then each daisy is hand painted in a variety of colours ( and the green leaves) again, dried then the final colour sealant added.

It’s then added to little oak dyed pine base with silver coloured escutcheon pins……

for the make up brushes, a desk tidy or a little jam jar full of daisies 🌼 to brighten your day.

base 6.5cm x 7cm

height approx 11cm

and around the top 8ish cm

felt pads on the base.
