Daisy Clock

Made with an undyed leather called Russet. The pattern is carved & stamped on while thr leather is wet, then allowed to dry so I can hand paint all the daisies and leaves.

a tan background is applied, dry and the final sealant is painted on.

A 1mm plywood board is added to the rear so the (non ticking, silent) quartz movement is attached,

Final job is to pop the wooden walnut clock hands on which I use to maintain the natural feel of the clock.

The colour of the daisies will vary slightly from the one pictured as they’re individually hand painted but if you’d like them all one colour, please let me know.
